Question Can someone ID these things for me please?

They are the small white sacs with a feather duster-ish fan on them. They are slowly taking over my reef. The rate they are reproducing is starting to worry me. Is there a way to stop them? Any info is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the responses. Good to know they're not harmful. I guess if they overpopulate, I'll remove them manually.
