bristle worm in my fuge

My tank has been up for 3.5 months now I have a 60 gal with a 30 gal sump, last night I noticed a bristle worm in my refugium he is about 2 inches long is it ok to keep him there or should I remove him? If I need to remove him what should I use to pick him up, can I just use my hand with a glove on?

Shouldn't be a problem. if you do wish to extract it there are bated traps avaliable, you can ask your local lfs and they should be able to help you out : )
