hey all,
i was at the lfs a couple of months ago and purchased a few new pieces of live rock. one was what appeared to be an old dead piece of coral. i liked it, so i bought it. just the other day i was looking at it. something was moving on it and thats when i noticed the little polyps or tentacles or whatever you would call them. i was pleased to see it was alive. my question is does anyone know what type of coral it is so that i can properly take care of it. it may need to go in my larger tank with more lighting instead of my seahorse tank that has less lighting.
thanks

yes they are bare white skeletons but no blue or greens just the pink tentacle/polyp things and they seem to be growing and multiplying. i did some lookig up on the type of coral you suggested and i did see some similarities but its still recooperating. its still to soon to know what the one i have is in comparison.
