anemones splitting in half ?

ive had this bubble tip for 3 weeks almost and he is doing ok till a few days ago know it looks to be spliting apart ?? water is good everything else healthy help if you can or if you have seen it before

He is making more bubble tips. They will do this for 2 reasons one is that its dieing and to save itself it will split. Or 2 is that it is reproducing and will make more after this first split. There is a guy around me that has a tank full of bubble tips, all they do is split. But if you say your conditions are good then it is only reproducing.

i did a water change moved the salinity .2 and the temp 2 and know he is wraped up like i scared him maybe he is dieing dont know what else to do

i came down in the morning he is starting to look better , he opened up and his tips are filling up a little like half a button , better then nothing i guess i will let it ride and see , for him looking like a full bubble tip i guess it is up to him thks for the info

Water changes can be stress inducers that will force the proactive breeding. Nothing like making a few coins selling baby BTA's. If you keep them near each other it has been offered that they will live better and reproduce like crazy. Same things with mushrooms. Single, they just hang out, several and it's on.
