HOORAY FOR BUCKETS!
I do the same thing with random "I'm getting there" stuff in buckets. Over the summer there were a lot of plants hanging around in the back yard - my kiddo's started calling it my bucket garden ^__^

Speaking of kiddos - AWW!!! Good Kid is adorable, looks like dad! I think it's awesome that he helps out so much - is he into the tanks, too?

I'm so sad to see that last shot - your algae bloom has got me wincing. . .poor Corals. . . HANG IN THERE, BEAUTIES!!! T__T

Hoping things are clearing up on that front *worries*

Things seem to be doing rather well now, until yesterday. I added some calcium hydroxide as I am waiting on some of my other chemicals for dosing and I am having a few corals not like it so much. Also I had an anemone wander into one of my circulation pumps.

No Good.

I did get a sea hare to eat up on that algae bloom. These guys tear the algae up,bottomless pits for greenery.

Sea hare, lol - a slug bunny! Looks like a neat critter! I like it!
When you say your corals don't like the calcium hydroxide - what do you mean by that - are they gonna be okay? *worries*

I have had this happen before. It sucks to wake up and find a beautiful RBTA diced up in the powerhead. I feel your pain.

A couple corals are really not doing well from the dose, many others are fine, time will tel.The anemone was a fancy electric rose bubble tip that has done this before. I have my fingers crossed that it will recover as it is crawling away on its own. That could just mean it is moving to a better place to die or...
