Ix-nay on the chipokees, they can be downright ornery. They do best in a species tank or with fish with the same temperment.
If you are looking to have a little more harmont in the tank, I would use a ratio of 1m to 2-3f.
I would also stay away from the arautus, again alittle more to the aggressive side. The convict doesn't seem to fit into your scheme of African cichlids. Nor does the severum. The acii and the peacock will work. You may want to look for kenyii, zebras, feulleborni, trawavassee, or other milder mannered mbuna for your tank.
