Why aren't my Kenyi Breeding

Hi, I have a 30 gallon tanks set up with 4 kenyi cichlids in it, one is a male being bright yellow and another is a bit smaller only blue so I assume a female. I also have 2 smaller ones who haven't changed color but I have done a little bit of looking and I believe that at least one of them is female. They haven't been spawning. I get my water checked by the lfs everytime I go in (sometimes a few times a week) and everything is in check. The tempurature is at a constant 76 and the ph varies between 7.8 and 8.2 depending on when i check during the day. they just don't seem to want to spawn, is there anything I can do to encourage it?
