Question What are you feeding your angels?

I bought a black veil angel a few weeks ago. It was kind of a spur of the moment purchase. I had the tank set up, just not the food to feed him. I tried tetramin tropical flakes the first day, he didn't seem like he wanted anything to do with those. I've been feeding freeze-dried bloodworms since he seemed to eat those well. Lately he hasn't seemed thrilled with them. I've been feeding freeze-dried baby brine shrimp the last few days since he'll eat those. I know bloodworms and brineshrimp are supposed to be treats, so i'm wondering what everyone here has had success with feeding their angels. I'm needing a good daily food.

Thanks, Matt

Mine loves Omega One flake, NLS pellets and frozen brine or bloodworms as a treat.

I feed mine frozen or live guppy fry, I dont surface feed due to swim bladder issues in one of mine from eating flakes at the top, now I suspend the frozen foods in front of the filter outlet so it goes in the water and not to the surface.

Tetramin Tropical Flakes
Frozen Bloodworms
Frozen Brine Shrimp
Hikari Cichlid Gold Baby size pellets

and occasionally my fingers if I'm not quick enough getting my hand away from the surface. :)

I have never had a problem with my angels not eating. They are pretty voracious eaters...my discus are a different story...

Is the fish stressed by any chance? Mine act a little wonky if I'm not absolutely careful doing water changes and getting the water set right for them.
