have know idea what they are friend was moving and gave them to me were babys at time

No, not Oscars. I'm not sure but maybe a Jack Dempsey on the first one and Red Devil on the second pic?

150 Gallon - Mostly American Cichlids

the first pic isnt a dempsey, the color looks off.

the second i'd venture to say might be a red devil with some sort of scale problem.

im going to call the first one a texas cichlid, heres a pic i found tell me if thats it,

still quite unsure about the second, i saw a pic of a blue acara that looked like that only im not sure the guy was even talking about a blue acara (since its red, duh).
