No signs of illness at all amazingly. Rehomed most of them and all the JD's + 2 more we came across. We found a guy that had nearly 20 tanks... not counting his reptile ones lol. Most of them were 55g+ and they were cared for, so thats where the majority of them went.
We have 6 left, probably going to be keeping the alpha male of the group, the other 5 are sitting in a 29g with a goldfish and some other cichlid(the solid yellow one in the link below). They seem to be schooling together. It's kinda funny, they all follow the goldfish, stop as he picks up some gravel and spits it out then they continue on lol. Goldfish is going next weekend at the latest. Guy was supposed to come get it for his pond yesterday but we had some miscommunication and he came when we weren't around. Now he's gone camping. So he'll grab it when he gets back.
Aside from the convicts we got these guys still.. Not quite sure what we are doing with them yet. can someone tell me what type of cichlids these are
oh yeah.. and 2 common pleco in our 35g community tank. They are only 4-5" from head to tip of tail, but they've been so badly treated I think they may be full grown.
