24 discus?!?! :o amazing! I have half a dozen mixed African cichilds (Malawi), which are still small so far and haven't been trying to kill each other (lol). The colours are gorgeous, but my favourite is the blue striped one (forgive me for not remembering the scientific names).

At work tonight I saw a Malawi Chryso--- something-or-other which, the sign said, eats flakes or fresh veggies. It's a blue fish. The store has dropped it's price to $2.49 (I'm sure it was a $15 fish before), probably because it is getting large? I can't believe what a good price that is for such a pretty cichild and if i had the room I would definitely buy it!
