What is it (black spot)

I have a few fish with these black marking on them, i would be greatful of any help and treatment for them i am based in the uk my water readings are as follows

NO3; 50
NO2; 0
GH; 8
KH; 6
PH; 7.6
CL2; 0

NO3 i know is a bit high but i am hoping to solve this with RO next month when i get the filter as my tapwater is quite bad

Also they are doing a lot of rubbing on the sand i belive this is another sign of black spot

i know that goldfish change colors but these are cichlids. maybe it just happens.

These are just genetic spots. Your fish have some kind of crossbreeding going on. Lots of the fish at my LFS have spots like these. Most of the time I see the spots on Red Zebras like yours.

Do fish get thirsty?
