Looks like a Buttikoferi, also known as the Zebra Tilapia. West African riverine cichlid. Grows to about a foot. Treat it like a big, mean Central American cichlid. They're known to be quite aggressive, much more so than things like oscars.

I agree with Iamntbatman on the species of the pictured fish................They are nasty as they are beautiful........These guys make Oscars look like pussycats!
