You don't have to remove the remaining ones but I would. Kribs become pretty aggressive towards other fish while mating so for the non-paired kribs sake they should be removed. Also I don't think adding other fish for the kribs to chase will help them spawn at all but someone can correct me if I'm wrong. You also might not have a ton extra room for other fish once the remaining kribs are removed especially if you are trying to mate the two pairs.

There is really no way to get your fish to spawn other than feeding good food and keeping up with water changes. 30 gallons is a little small for the fish you have, you may want to consider rehoming some of them.

Your remaining Kribs will act as "dither" fish once the fish have spawned. It wont help them spawn but it will mean the couple wont fight each other whilst caring for the fry. Depending if you have a 120 Litre or 120 Long does make a huge difference though.
Good luck, they are great parents and you will enjoy watching them care for the young.
