what should or do you do when you have a cichlid that is the contant agressor....No harm had been done to any of the other cichlids, but He always chases the others...
How many cichlids do you have in that tank, and what size is it? I don't know to much about them, but I'd suspect your tank size is the reason. You're gonna need a second opinion though.
Aggression is normal cichlid behavior. I have 5 firemouths in a 55 gallon right now and trying to give them away. Some will down right fight and kill others but the firemouths just like to show off and chase and puff up. Annoying, either way.
Add as much wood, rocks and hiding places as you can to the tank and as stated above, make sure your tank is large enough to support cichlids. They have so many young that it makes it difficult to have them without lots of space and generally extra tanks for all the babies.
