Question Tiger Oscar; ANCHOR WORM? =O

Okay, so i just went to check on my 4 month old tiger oscar, Ozzy, and i noticed a little white thing that looks like it's attached near his eye socket. I've heard of something called an anchor worm, and i'm not sure if he did something to his eye, like trying to fit into his fake log, (that he used to fit in), or if it was an anchor worm. It's about one or two mm long. Is it something to worry about?

You will need to post a pic to be sure. I have never had anchor worms, but from what I have seen they are pretty easy to spot.
