Are these compatible?

I have the chance of getting a breeding pair of either
Pelvicachromis Subocellatus Matadi or Apistogramma Panduro F1 Dwarf Chichlids.

I am curious if they would be compatible with the inhabitabts of my tank.
The tank is 140 litres, has many plants and structures to hide like a ship and some slate caves.
The fish I have is a half dozen platy, two black wideow tetra, 2 african dward frogs, 15 neons and a red tailed shark which is extremely friendly unlike what some people say. All the fish and frogs get on fine with each other, no agression at all.

I would love to get those fish as can watch their dance and mate then lay eggs and then the protective mother. Would they be ok with the list above?

what do you think is the best pair to get the Pelvicachromis or the Apistogramma ?

I am somewhat familiar with the apistogramma. I have heard from some that they make good community fish if the tank is large enough. Not sure about the other fish you mentioned.

You said you have 2 black widow tetra? They require a group of 6 minimumally. Otherwise they will feel insucure, and wont live nearly as long. How big is your RTS? Never heard of those guys with neon tetras.

How big is your tank? Sounds like alot of fish.
