I posted a question on yahoo answers about whether I could put angelfish in a tank with some other cichlids i have and people were yelling at me about how overstocked it is in the tank. I personally didn't think it was a problem but here's whats in the tank:
the tank is a 30 gallon. filtered, heated and cycled completely.
*2 convict cichlids (not breeding)
*2 green terrors (not breeding)
*1 rubberlip plecostamous (they only get to be 6 inches but he's only about 3 right now)
its not like the fish are big or anything. They all seem to be perfectly healthy but now i'm worried about them since people were telling me I was abusing my fish by having them in such a small place. The largest fish in the tank are the 3 inch convict and the 3 inch pleco. all the other fish are less than 2 inches.
if there isn't a problem, would I be able to add a couple of angelfish? thanks so much!
