Stunted Angel?

Would you consider this angel to be stunted? going by eye size in proportion to the body.

i agree with fryup angel looks fine
if you want them to grow quicker the best way is extremely clean water
more then anything with angels amonia levels inhibt growth the most even levels like 0.001 which are basicly undetectable can be compansated with over filtering and plants

Looks fine to me too. He'll grow into the size of his eye, if that makes sense. Here are some pics of my angels when I first got them about 5 months ago and a couple weeks ago. Same fish in each pic.
