Stubborn angels

Well i think my angela have finally dropped their breeding tubes but anytime i get close to the tank they think they r gonna get some chow and swim staring at me so i cant see em from the side. I suppose i will never know their sex.

It is usually more reliable to observe their interactive behaviours. Of course, if eggs appear, one at least will be female, but it has been known for females to lay eggs with no male present.

The aquarist is one who must learn the ways of the biologist, the chemist, and the veterinarian. [unknown source]

Something we all need to remember: The fish you've acquired was quite happy not being owned by you, minding its own business. If you’re going to take it under your wing then you’re responsible for it. Every aspect of its life is under your control, from water quality and temperature to swimming space. [Nathan Hill in PFK]

Hmmmmm, behavior is of the "i hate everybody but my fellow angels and also, i run this tank so move along lil fishies" kind of behavior. I cant even figure out their heirarchy. Im pretty sure jezebelle is the dominant fish, but i have no idea if its male or female. The other two just kind of go along with jezabelle's schemes
