Personally choose Emperor over AC but it's each indivisual's perogative! Canister is better than HOB imo. PH for circulation in Discus is no no. Discus are originally from very slow, if not stag, moving waters thus blowing them around should be avoided. Better yet, will do lot better in well planted tank w/ few pieces of driftwoods.
