something wrong with pink convict

This has been going on for almost 2 weeks...my pink convict hasn't been swimming correctly and she doesn't move her caudal fin. Its a rather yellowish color now and the anal fin is getting a few black spots. Anyone know what is going on here and what is causing this?

What are water test results for ammonia ,nitrites, nitrAtes? Your aquarium info lists four convicts in 29 gallon tank. Is two too many, especially if fish decide to spawn.

Yeah about that....I haven't updated my tanks. At the moment I have one pair of black convicts in the 29 gallon, fully grown and they already had babies. The other pair of pink are in there own 30 gallon tank.

As far as parameters go I'm at work at the moment and won't be able to tell you till later tonite. The last water change I made was about 2 days ago.

Is there any medication that may be able to help?

If water parameter's are not in order, then medications will be useless. Often times, performing twice weekly water changes of 50 percent for three or four weeks can do more good than many medications assuming the fish is not otherwise being stressed by aggression from other fishes or,crowded conditions ,or poor diet.

Atm moment my fear Is that she is suffering from a locomotor disorder..... :/. I did my research and she is suffering from a variety of the symptoms including black gills, pale coloring (paleish-greenish color), and she either swims straight up or straight down.
