Something Wrong With Cichlid's bottom

This developed on my cichlid just over the last 3-4 days. The fish is acting okay, but I am worried. The fish is about 2 years old and is in a 30gallon with one other parrot cichlid and a pleco. I do regular water changes and keep tank clean. Does anyone know what it is?

looks either like the breeding tube.even tho there eggs are 99% unfertalized as these are a hybrid cross you may find hard to have babys ,or it could be a growth or infection i would need a better poss smaller pic to see as its fuzzy
