ok, ive had my blood parrot for a few months now, he was very active all the time, eats like a horse and very aggressive. Then one day recently, he has become very shy, hides in a rock, won eat and wont move unless disturbed. Ive found him several times floating sideways at the bottom and thought he was dead, but he isnt and im not sure what is going on. Im doing regular water changes, the ammonia is 0, i dont no whats happening.

Well, if i posted that info everytime i made a new post, it would be a whole page long. I also posted my setup when i joined.

To the topic. I have had the tank running for over 3 months. All i have is the blood parrot, and a pleco. I have a tetra powerfilter, plenty of air in the tank, ammonia is at 0, ph at 7.6, i dont have a nitrate tester.

He does sometimes breath hard, no spots that i can see. Maybe his color is fading a lil. He wont eat, come out from his hiding place......

You say you have had the parrot for a few months now but according to your previous posts, you have only a ten gal tank that has been running (with problems) for a little over a month.
If this is the same ten gal that also holds mollies, angelfish, pleco, goldfish, and now parrot, I suspect that over stocking is leading to unstable water parameters which should read zero for ammonia ,zero for nitrites, and nitrates under or at 20 ppm.
Ammonia in my view, would be hard to control in this tank with the fishes listed if in fact the fishes listed are still alive.
Some very good advice was offered in previous posts regarding trouble you were/are having, and providing all the information you can will help those who can maybe help make things easier on you and the fish.

I took yalls advice, i still have the 10g with the few other fish, but the tank that the parrot is in is a 37g i got from my friend, he had it running for several months, then moved into an apt and wanted to get rid of it, all he had in there was a pleco and some small yellow fish, so i took the tank to my place. I drained half the water and moved it, and its been running at my place for a few weeks. I put the parrot in there a few weeks ago and he was doing just fine.

Like i said, 0 ammonia, 7.6ph, i have 2 live plants, the water is clear, the parrot hides in his rock, doesnt eat, only moves when the yellow fish trys to come into his rock, and seems like he maybe loosing his color.

Before when i first got him, he was hyper as hell, eating everything, attacking everything, and was very upbeat, loved to play with a stuffed toy fish i would stick to the glass on the outside, but now he seems scared and sick, he was $25 and a present to my wife, i dont want him to die.
