Sand Grade

I was just wondering what grade of sand any of you use on your tanks. I am debating the Aragamax Sugar Sized Sand or the Aragamax Select.

Any suggestions?

Its going to be an Malawian Cichlid tank. 72G Bowfront (48X18X22)

the larger grain size is best its small enogh to dig in without going everwere small grains get strirred up and in the current end up in the filter
