Young cichlids often can get along until they reach sexual maturity at around four months old. Your fish are prolly around two months old. Eventually,, the Red Devil will kill the Parrot and the Oscar and unless the Raphael can find cover,it too will be killed.
Remove the Red Devil ,and the Oscar and parrot and striped raphael could get along for some time but within six months,The Oscar should be close to eight inches assuming it remain's healthy, and the 55 gallon will need to be upgraded to a 75 gallon or larger.Parrot fish can get quite large as well and the Raphael will top out at around six or possibly seven inches.
You will need a filter capable of filtering/moving, six to eight times the volume of water the tank holds each hour. Example..55 gallons X 8 = 440 gallons per hour. I would consider to Emperor 400 Filters one on each end of the tank or Eheim canister filter such as the 2217. This will help keep the water clean between weekly 50 percent water changes that in my view will be necessary.
