Punk fish

Just having a problem with my African Cichlids and being way to territorial... there's one main fish and it scares the other ones away and makes em just hid in a corner all the time n only comes out to eat, so it also stunts their growth n leaves the main one to keep growing. Any suggestions on how to fix this

It sounds like you have too many fish in your tank. African cichlids ARE territorial fish and need a certain amount of space per fish. There isn't really a way to change the natural behavior of the fish. You can rehome the bully, and that might fix it - or it might just let another fish take the place of tank ruler. Or you can get a bigger tank.

If neither of these are options, try adding more plants, caves, or structures to break up lines of sight, and that might alleviate the problem slightly.

15 gallon planted: 7 silvertip tetra, 5 false juliis and 1 bolivian ram

Specifically what fish do you have in the tank and what size tank is it?

10g Fry / Hospital / QT tank (as needed)

75g Saltwater Reef, Ocellaris Clownfish, Lyretail Antias (baby), Lemon damsel, Longtail Fairy Wrasse, purple dottyback, snails, crabs and a few LPS corals.

220g Still sitting empty (come on Lottery I need the numbers to come up!)
