Please help...sick blood parrot! :(

My fish has a white lump at the base of her left fin that developed over the last weak and has slowly grown to the size of maybe...half a pea? pretty small. She has stopped using her left fin and started floating/resting upside down. She does not look bloated. Any suggestions? I dont know what I can do to help!

I'm not sure if your fish is still alive since it has been 4 days, but, could you post a photo of this? It will give us a better idea as to what the problem might be.

Also please post your water parameters.

this pic is a little better. It is a 30 gallon tank. She is still alive! not eating though. I just dont know what to do with her.
