They're all Italians at heart.

I must say that is a mighty cool looking fish!

taking a break from fish-keeping.
3 lovely male betta still keep me company.

Thanks! I quite like him...just wish I could get him to eat.

Didn't have frozen krill, ordered it and will have it on Wednesday.
Changed the water today, all levels were normal before and after change.
Thankfully he hasn't jumped in with the gar again...that was scary!!!
Raised temp to 82F

I work at a small pet store as a fishkeeper. Fish I care for include various bettas, tetras, danios, angelfish, sharks, guppies, mollies, platys, swordtails, gouramis, goldfish, cichlids, rainbowfish, plecos, catfish, barbs, and a few big (scary) fish: jardini arowana, flowerhorn cichlid, alligator gar, green terror cichlid, pike cichlid.

Looking at the pictures it looks like a female Crenicichla lucius.

Hope the krill works out for it...It should be able to stand up to the gar next door if it decides it wants to take a trip over again...

Keep us posted once the krill arrives and hopefully it will start eating.

10g Fry / Hospital / QT tank (as needed)

75g Saltwater Reef, Ocellaris Clownfish, Lyretail Antias (baby), Lemon damsel, Longtail Fairy Wrasse, purple dottyback, snails, crabs and a few LPS corals.

220g Still sitting empty (come on Lottery I need the numbers to come up!)
