Arrow Oscar Behavior?

One of my tiger oscars keeps coming up underneath of my albino oscar and tearing the hell out of its pelvic fin, and causing the albino to jump out of the water and hit its had on the tank lid and scraping its head til it's bright red. Has anyone seen this before, He only messes with the albino oscar, and the albino is about an inch bigger. I'm not sure what to do. Thanks

You indicated a while back that photos of your fish were from two different tanks. I would move either the aggressor or the victim ,to another tank.

The most important medication in your fish medicine cabinet is.. Clean water.

i agree with 1077. you may want/need to seperate them. how big is the tank ? how many fish and sizes ? a divider could be an option.
