Finally got some water in my tank last night. I live in the UK and have a fluval roma 200. I have had previous experience keeping tropical tanks.
So far I have:
- Added substrate
- Added bogwood
- Added 20 KG of rock to form caves and hiding spaces
- Added tap safe
I must admit I am still in 2 minds about which direction to take my tank, but am leaning towards a Lake Malawi setup and Cichlids.
Obviously I am cycling at the moment, with the heater set at 78-82° F.
Is there anything I should be doing in addition to normal tropical cycling?
Thanks in advance.
