We actually don't carry the massivore pellets in my store, so the employee discount doesn't even matter. haha But I try to ration him to about six or less pellets a day. And thanks for the tip on freshness, I think I'll start refrigerating them.

Also remember that large mature fish don't need to eat every single day. You can feed every other day if you like or go a couple days each week without feeding.

I have three jack dempseys that are healthy and I feed them hikara frozen bloodworms and brineshrimp and they really like it. I would feed them hikara foods.
