Well, I now know the lone angel in my 37 gallon is a female. I watched her lay eggs the other night. She is still fanning and guarding them from the other fish. It's a shame they'll never hatch. I guess today I'll have to scrape them off and vacuum them up.
she will eat them soon enough,
angels will eat thier first few batches until they learn that the eggs are theirs
severums are exactly the same as angels
if you get a male she will be a good fish to breed sounds like she is a good mum already and that normal takes time to get like that
Well, I ended up just scraping them off the filter tube and vacuuming them up. But she was not too happy about that at all. She was attacking the scraper!
LOL she will do that, but she will spawn again within 2 weeks so be ready for more scrapping
