Might google Empress Cichlid and see if that might be what you have although the photo you submitted could be crossbred with perhaps a peacock. Happens frequently with Cichlid species that are not kept seperate from other species.
But your fish could very well be Empress that maybe appears different under your lights?
Sorry couldn't be of more help.

The most important medication in your fish medicine cabinet is.. Clean water.

To me, just off memory, the first has very similar coloration to an Obliquadin(sure I mauled the spelling on that). The second a peacock or haplochromis of some kind?

Self proclaimed fish and beer snob.

Fish

I have kept & am keeping quite a few different cichlids right now. The first photo looks like an Empereor juvy. Hope you have a big tank as they can hit 36". As for the 2nd photo it looks to be a hybrid of some type. This isn't an empress, I have a good breeding group of these. This is a photo of my sub dom male the alpha was hideing.Yours really looks like a Peacock hybrid. Hope it helps
