Kribensis in community tank?

Hello all!

I would love to add a cichlid to my 30 gallon community tank. It is planted, and established. (Been up and running for 3 years now.)

Other tankmates:
-Cherry barbs
-Neons (They are all 1 inch in length)
-Scissor tail rasboras
-Harlequin rasboras

I have no fish that will compete with them seriously on the low aquarium level.

Do you think a kribensis (or a pair) would do well in my aquarium?

Yes a Kribensis would be fine in your community and with the fish listed would be wonderful.

Problem with a pair: if they spawn, they can become very aggressive towards tank mates to protect their fry.
