Oh really? My male's dorsal and anal fins reach almost to the end of his caudal fin :P He's camera shy but maybe I'll try to snap a better picture of him for the Freshwater pics section.

Please do! I love these little fish. I only have one place in my area that has them and none are very nice looking. I could order online but finances at the moment preclude me from doing so. Just purchased a white spot pleco that I'm hoping stays hidden until I can think of a way to tell the girlfiend.

The most important medication in your fish medicine cabinet is.. Clean water.

thanks guys :). its an awesome krib but its all waste if it dosnt eat.... well my fry are gone so i guess the angel took care of those.... but today at feeding time again....everyone ate except the krib. and now the angel too. looks like a cichlid thing.... gourami. plecs platties and guppies ate like crazy. krib didnt pay attention. angel gentley went towards some food...ate and spat out and moved on and so on. i dont know whats up. is it my flake? its wardlys and most expensive flake.

It should come as no surprise that the Angelfish is perhaps not hungry if You are certain it ate your fry. Most fish will do better on a variety of foods as opposed to one . Just be sure and get what they don't eat off the bottom of the tank.

The most important medication in your fish medicine cabinet is.. Clean water.

what you mean they dont eat off the bottom of the tank? nothing lasts there. plecos will consume anything on bottom.... maybe i should ask the shop what they fed them

i got the fish food the shop fed...it just sinks to the bottom....the angel completely misses and krib pecks at it..guess thats good but whats the angel's problem now?

A fish shouldn't starve to death due to not eating for a couple of days. If the angel died already, it most likely was already diseased when you bought it or was stressed from the move.
