a friend of mine (doesnt know much about fish) when and bought these 2 baby cichlids...they were sold to her as socolofi.....well.....she added them to her community tank and they wiped out most of her stock....when her LFS wouldnt take them back for exchange or credit i told her i would take them and give her some of my molly fry to help her restock her tank....they are cute little guys!! they are still pretty small (about the size of my albino zebras) so they are a dingy blue.

Congrats on the pickup!

I have a beautiful 3in female socolofi that I love. They are very pretty fish but are a little on the aggressive side.

@mollies....i have snapped a couple pics but they are fast little buggers so they are all blurry...i will keep trying though!!

@rrcoolj...they are very small now so i am hoping that they will fit in with the other guys well....they acei are the largest fish in the display now with the albino zebras being about the same size as the socolofi

They look good. Hopefully that barring will go away with age.

O! Molliefan09! How is ur snail issue coming, has ur snails shell hardened up yet?
(since i spoke to u last, i lost a snail, it was attacked too long by Skunk Loaches - bunch of jerks) But otherwise my other apple is doing fantastic.
