Question I have a question and I'm looking for lots of great feedback and debate??

I know that only Parrot Cichlids get black spot disease but It keeps coming back. I have tested my water and all is good I keep the temp at 81 degrees. I siphon waste every second day and water changes once per week of 20 Percent. I have to add Coppersafe every time it comes back and it clears up within three days. Anyone have any ideas of how I can prevent this in the first place? Everyone keeps telling me different things. Lets open the thread up for great ideas on the best conditions....temperature?, Salt?, Water changes?, percentages? Could it be the combination of fish stressing him out>? Here are the fish....Two Iridescent Sharks, Three Jellybean Parrot Cichlids, One Needle Nose Gar, Two diamond Tetra's, Feeder Fish and Two Blood Red Parrots will be added soon as the Black Spot clears up. I could use all the feedback and opinions I can get!

Here is the tank

I do 50% water changes weekly, but it depends on your ammonia and nitrate levels if you need to do that much or not. Parrots are SA Cichlids right? Wouldn't recommend salt if they are. What's your pH?
