what does he do with them?

We could keep My old oscar amused by sticking your tounge out and shaking your head. Then he would do the same thing back to you...lol..

I had seen photos of some people with an oscar rolling a golf ball.:) Quite funny really. But the fish gets to enjoy entertaining itself.

you could try placing a mirror on the side of the tank, but make sure you are there with it, if the fish starts to show more agression or is ramming itself againts the glass, take it off immediatly, if it is just playing with its reflection, let it do that for a while.
