You could try soaking the pellets in garlic. I use a 3 oz. dixie cup, fill it with a bit of water, crush up a fresh garlic glove and add it to the cup along with the pellets. let it soak for about 10-15 minutes. Strain out the garlic bits before feeding to your fish. You may have to keep trying with the pellets before he accepts them. Try to resist feeding anything else (I know, it's hard). The fish will get hungry enough to try the pellets.

150 Gallon - Mostly American Cichlids
135 Gallon - Angelfish Community
75 Gallon - Odd couple (Polleni/Angelfish)
55 Gallon - African tank
20 Gallon Long - QT
10 Gallon - Empty

Try soaking the pellets in blood worm juice if that's what the fish seems to like best.

Fish in healthy condition can go quite a while with out food. Sometimes if you just keep offering the pellets and nothing else the fish will give up and just eat when its hungry enough.

You can also try offering crabs, shrimps, earthworms and small slices of fish since these fish are primarily carnivores. Most of what I have heard about flowerhorns is that they eat whatever they can get in their mouth.

Is this the same fish as the one from your ich post? Perhaps its not eating because it doesn't feel good.
