i posted on here about a discus that had a werd mark on its side which i wasnt sure wat dun it. the mark got bigger and in the end it died. now another discus has the same mark but its closer to its head. 1 side its large and on the other side it looks smaller. i have no idea wat it is and cant seem to find out, but it looks like mayb some sort of fungus. can any1 help please.

i am afraid metronidalole will not cure the problem, discus always carry the parasite and when they are stressed or the water parameters are not fine then, the fish succumbs and gets ill. but this disease is very hard to erradicate once present in the animal.
as Lupin says we need to know a little bit more about the parameters, light, and physical signs.
