What are your water parameters? Pictures? How does the poo look? My guess is also hole-in-the-head which can be treated with Metronidazole.

Sure does sound like head in hole dieseas. You can go to your local pet store and see if they carry medicine. I know petsmart does!

i am afraid metronidalole will not cure the problem, discus always carry the parasite and when they are stressed or the water parameters are not fine then, the fish succumbs and gets ill. but this disease is very hard to erradicate once present in the animal.

as Lupin says we need to know a little bit more about the parameters, light, and physical signs.
