I wouldn't be 100% sure that he was sick. Every once in awhile I've had a fish get a haze over one eye (usually due to injury) and it heals on its own. I'd advise to stick to regular weekly water changes, pristine water goes a long way in helping fish heal. I'm not saying the eye problem your fish is having is a result of injury but best to know exactly what it's due to before treating with meds and such. Any way you can post a pic??
