My saum RIP, lived fine with sevs Rt jd and texas, but one day he had a slight run in, usual stuff with his tankmates and the thing that killed him was a bloody yoyo loach ate into his head oneday while i was at work.
Is that Saum a Severum?:mrgreen: Giant danios are fine though as they can reach 4 inches and can swim very fast, fast enough to escape predation.:wink2: Not sure how the tiger barbs will fend off large fish though.:blink:

thing with this 1 is he beats the hell out of my 2x oscars and he gives a 1 foot long walking cat a bit of a hard time when he goes near him 2, i've been told loads of times over the years that they are a nasty fish but i've never seen it with any of the 1's i've had, till now.
till now, yes, till now :?
looking in the tank this morning and he seems fine just swimming around doing his own thing, why would he do this?
all the fish i've ever had that have been nasty have been nasty so why would a fish change over night?
As always, as I'm sure your fully aware its the individual. You could try some dithers, but I would possibly say its deffinatley the domination game. Looks like that devil tanks getting a new resident. You could go down the route of a seperator, but I think that just delays a resident problem. Has he developed any bite marks overnight?
the white O is not that good, he has some chunks missing
the clarias is doing well if you say "doing well" is good with a hole in the head
it seems its just thoes 2 he is not fond of?
but like i say the white O can go near him now with out getting chased around the tant a few times, all he'll get is a nip and thats it, but still not good.
I don't mind mixing the GTs with plants as long as the GTs are proven to be meek.:wink2: You know how I hate monstrous fishies.:tongue: Other than my cute green aro. :wink2:
1 = a nice fish with all his fin's and scale's :wink:
the
1/2 = a fish with next to no fin's, load's of scale's missing and chunk's taken out of him
silly thing is the 1 that is beeten half to hell is the fish with aggression issues, just he tryed to dominate a foot long fat claria's :roll:
