i have(had) 2 gbrs! i of which died this morning, with no signs of illness at all. the other has a bloody nose likes shes gone 10 rounds with mike tyson! she seems happy in herself. now id like to find out why the other died. is it possible they get injured in a fight? im thinking shes hurt hurself somehow. the other may have died cos of stress. they become territorial right? they were ok for a while but i then noticed the female chasing the male like she wanted to kill him! any ideas?????
GBRs often engaged into battles regardless of their gender. Mine do have bloodshot snouts resulted from their frequent displays of aggression although they are doing very well.
yes there is lots of hiding placs. 2 caves, wood with tunnels and lots of plants. thats reassuring that its normal, thanks lupin!
