Fisty German Ram.. help?

Hey guys, I'm new to the site. So I have a question for a more 'Cichlid' expert. In my 55 gal. tank I have 2 blood parrots that just yesterday got new tank mates, 2 firemouth and one German blue Ram. The firemouth and parrots every now and then chase each other but I noticed they are settling and doing better but the Ram is like a little Chihuahua, he barks and looks for fight with EVERYONE!! Are they that aggressive? I noticed a couple bites in one of the parrots but I didn't see how it happened, what should I do?

look for any aggression and who is the culprit before doing anything

The only agressor is the pesky Ram aka Chihuahua fish

well you can give him a time out but sometimes it rarely works for fish with attitudes.you might need to re-home him if he keeps this up
