After a few days most fish can be moved onto freshly hatched brine shrimp I'm sure.

Brine shrimp is my food of choice for angel fry. I raise my own using sun tea jars and almost always have a fair amount on hand to feed my fry, and even treat the adult fish occasionally, not just angels. Artemesia is also a good food, though many do not like to go through the hassle of producing it. Be careful not to over feed. The decaying food spoils quickly and deteriorate water conditions in a hurry.
