dechloranator question

After doing a 75 percent water change on my tank. Which is in the garage. I have come to the conclusion that I don't like the bucket method. Bought a potable water hose that connects to the sink. Do I add the dechloranator to tank then put water or vise versa?

Add it to the tank before you refill, though if you added it after you refilled you'll be fine. But why wait, you know?

The water changer will be your favorite thing.
