Your fry did reach the free-swimming stage. You need a sponge filter for raising them. I don't think the heater is necessary. It may malfunction anytime killing your fry.
Your parrot seems to look like jellybean parrot to me.
Your tank should be bare-bottom as fry tend to slip between the gravel which may kill them as their parents may not be able to get them out. Another reason is hygiene. With substrate, detritus are trapped thus the deterioration of water quality is faster than the bare-bottom in which gravel vacuuming is easy as you only remove all wastes in sight.
If you want the fry to grow faster, feed them 3-4 times a day but siphon out the uneaten food after 5 minutes. And do frequent water changes to ensure water is clean.
