Cockatoo dwarf cichlids questions

If I had 5 rummynose tetras, 6 cardinal tetras, 3 pepper corys, 1 bushnose pleco, and 3 female guppies could I get 2 female cockatoo dwarf cichlids? Thanks.

For it only being a 20 gallon, I would recommend waiting to get a 29 or 40 gallon tank before adding anymore fish. It might work but thats a lot of fish for a 20 gallon
