Will African cichlids grow big?
Do you think I can keep another ten in the metre-long tank?

I wouldn't put 20 of them in that tank . Do you know how many gallons or at least the width is ? 10 you're safely overstocked 20 would need a larger tank . And I can't say how big all your fish will get because I'm insure what others are in there... Haps can easily be larger then mbuna . I think the mbunas you have shown will range 3-5inches when full grown .. But they are fast active fish and like swimming space along with sand substrate and rock caves and structures to claim .
